1. Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Software, Downloads)

All our digital products — including eBooks, downloadable content, software, and templates — are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are delivered instantly after payment.

However, refunds may be considered only in special cases, such as:

  • The digital file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded.

  • You received the wrong digital product due to a technical issue.

In such cases, please contact us at support@karicart.com within 24 hours of purchase.
We will verify the issue and provide a corrected file or replacement.


2. Physical Products (Clothing, Accessories, etc.)

We make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you may request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags and labels must be intact.

  • You must provide photo or video proof showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Items purchased during a sale or clearance.

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.


3. Return & Replacement Process

  1. Email us at support@karicart.com with your order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos.

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide you with a return shipping address.

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement or refund (if applicable) will be processed.


4. Refund Policy

For Physical Products

  • Refunds are issued only if:

    • The product is unavailable for replacement, or

    • The return is approved for a defective or wrong item.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

For Digital Products

  • Refunds are not applicable once the file is downloaded or accessed.

  • Refunds are only processed if the file is undeliverable or corrupted and cannot be replaced.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped or delivered.

  • Digital downloads cannot be canceled once payment is completed.
